A clear plan for your property
Walls collect dust, fingerprints and everyday marks, but different finishes respond differently to cleaning. Tell the office about the rooms, wall material, paint or covering, and the areas that need attention. The plan starts with what can reasonably be cleaned without assuming every mark will come out.
The office confirms your address, scope, pricing and crew availability. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment.
Surfaces to discuss
- Accessible wall surfaces and agreed detail areas
- Dust and everyday surface buildup
- Assessment of fingerprints, scuffs and other marks
- Edges and corners included in the agreed scope
Agree the method before the visit
Share any paint, wallpaper or surface-care instructions and identify loose finishes, existing damage and areas that must remain untouched. The office confirms access and a suitable approach, including a test area where appropriate. Cleaning is not repainting, patching, mold remediation or a guarantee of stain removal.

These clips come from the same SWAT smoke-mitigation project and show the wall work and rinsing stage. Wall cleaning can also form part of a broader deep clean, with the method agreed for the surface and its condition.

Frequently asked questions
Can every painted wall be washed?
No single method suits every finish. Identify the coating or wall covering and its care instructions where possible. The office assesses the surface and confirms what cleaning is appropriate before the work is agreed.
Will wall cleaning remove every scuff or stain?
No. Some marks are within the finish or reflect existing damage. Discuss priorities and limitations before cleaning; repairs or repainting are separate work.
What should I move before the visit?
Discuss furniture, wall hangings, electrical fittings and access with the office. Agree who moves or protects items and which areas remain excluded before the appointment.
