Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleaning in Toledo & Ohio

This Toledo-focused guide is part of our wider Ohio cleaning coverage. Our team handles service requests across the 24 communities in our cleaning coverage directory. Confirm your address, project, and available dates with the office.

Some jobs are past the point of a Saturday and a bottle of spray cleaner. A house that sat empty for two years. An apartment a tenant left the hard way. A kitchen where the grease has been winning since the nineties. A family home that needs a careful reset before a relative returns. That is the work we built this company around. The office assesses the conditions and arranges a crew to work through the agreed priorities. No judgment about how it got this way. We have seen it all, and we mean that literally.

01The Scope

What a deep clean with us covers

Every job starts with a walk-through and a straight conversation about priorities. Deep cleaning is billed by the crew-hour, so we plan the hours where they matter most to you. If the budget covers part of the wish list, we will tell you which rooms to hit first and what can wait, and we put that plan in writing before anyone lifts a rag.

The clean itself goes where regular housekeeping never does: ceiling fans and vents, baseboards and door tracks, inside cabinets and appliances, tile and grout, the area behind and under things that have not moved in years. Move-in and move-out cleans get the landlord-walkthrough treatment. Estate cleanouts and heavy-duty jobs get a careful hand; we set aside photographs, documents, and keepsakes rather than treating everything as debris.

Discuss progress updates and photographs with the office and resident before work begins. Agree what may be photographed and who may receive it, especially when coordinating from out of town.

03Timeline

Timing depends on the condition, authorized work, access, and crew availability. Tell us your deadline so the office can discuss a realistic plan, including a phased clean when needed. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 10 PM.

04Pricing

Deep cleaning is priced by the crew-hour with a base visit rate, so you pay for working hours, not a guess. After the walk-through you get the plan and the number in writing, and if you have a budget cap we will build the priority list to fit it.

Every estimate is written for your exact space and scope, free, after a walk-through. No pricing games.

Clear answers

Before you arrange this service

How is deep cleaning different from housekeeping?

Contact Matt Castle with your Ohio service address, scope, and preferred dates. He confirms provider availability, pricing, and scheduling before a visit is agreed.

Do I need to empty the home first?

Tell the office about furniture, belongings, clutter, and areas that cannot be accessed. We agree what you will prepare and what help is included. Junk removal and large organizing tasks need their own scope.

Can you work to a budget or priority list?

Tell the office your priorities and budget before work starts. We can discuss which rooms or tasks should come first and how additional work will be authorized. Not every task or condition can fit within the same time allowance.

How is the estimate worked out?

The office reviews the size, condition, access, materials, and work you want completed. Photos help with the initial discussion; a walkthrough may be needed. Scope and pricing are agreed before work begins.
